Having started in the Big Bad World of Recruitment at the tender age of 18 a fresh faced Fiona had little or no idea what she was letting herself in for. Over a decade later she could be described as a season pro having seen anything and everything there is to see (you’d be surprised!) Having shot up the career ladder at lightning speed (all the while donning a pair of 6 inch sky scraper heels) Fiona found herself in the position of General Manager of a multifaceted recruitment firm specialising in Retail, Office Support and Hotel & Catering Sectors prior to setting up Fx2. With the arrival of baby Jamie in March 2011 Fx2 became (unofficially) Fx2.5 and Fiona has become Super-Mum Extraordinaire to both Jamie and her 1st child Molly the Shih Tzu! Fiona wins the office prize for being a First Class Shopaholic. A self confessed “Neat Freak” Fiona takes organisation to a whole new level and can often be found secretly colour coordinating anything and everything from paper clips to post-its.

	Fiona Peacock somewhat fell into recruitment after a 3 year stint in UCD. After her finals and the obligatory 3 month J1 experience Fiona decided it was time to join the real world and enter the workforce. After a couple of summers during college temping in a recruitment agency she applied for and accepted a full time post in their Retail Division as a Junior Consultant where she met Fiona Keegan. Within 18 months Fiona became the Divisional Manager for the Retail Division. She's a self-confessed foodie who lives for travel. As the office computer geek she spends time researching web sites and enjoys discovering web related and social media trends (nerd alert!!). Fiona is also a mother of one to her beloved Mini Jack Russell Maggie May. She adores all things fashion related and has a penchant for unpronounceable designer labels. After working together for someone else for so long Fiona and Fiona decided to create the recruitment agency they always wanted to work for. A place that is ethical, cutting edge and forward thinking with a passion for building relationships and getting results.
