How We Do It

Getting it right starts from the beginning.  We spend the time and effort up-front to make sure we understand your needs. We explore the selection criteria of the role you’re looking to fill, considering all aspects of your ideal candidate's personality and cultural fit.

At Fx2 Recruitment we use behavioural interview techniques. As well as our well-honed intuition, interviews also include our specially designed questionnaires to assess for personality attributes and cultural fit.

Finding the right candidate for a job is not the end of the process.  We follow up with both the client and the candidate in the first three to six months to ensure that the placement has been successful.
