Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store in City West. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the store team, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and staffing
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
- Set and achieve sales targets and other performance metrics
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and control techniques
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
