We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Manager to oversee our retail concession in Limerick. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the concession, including sales, inventory management, staffing, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize stock loss
- Train and manage a team of sales associates to ensure high-quality customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to maximize sales
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage the concession's budget and expenses
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the concession

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail management role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
