What you’ll do:

• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and compliant store running.

• Drive sales and profitability through smart strategies and commercial focus.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues effectively.

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.

• Manage stock, merchandising, and visual standards to maximise sales.

• Analyse sales data and report on performance, identifying areas for growth.
