We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Front of House Coordinator to join a luxury salon in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, particularly in nails and luxury services, with a strong background in retail and sales.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage appointment bookings, phone calls, and client inquiries efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly
- Upsell and cross-sell salon services and retail products to enhance client experience and drive sales
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing front of house area
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations and an optimal client experience
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and appointments

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a front of house, retail, or sales role within the beauty industry
- Strong knowledge of salon services, particularly in nails and luxury treatments
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using booking software and retail point-of-sale systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
