Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in managing daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Support the Store Manager in implementing store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in managing financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to optimize product presentation and store aesthetics.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Casino / retail / hospitality management role preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
