We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager | Multisite Manager to oversee and streamline our operations in Ireland. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing complex operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, direct, and coordinate all operations to ensure efficient and effective management of resources and processes.
- Develop and implement operational policies and strategies to drive productivity and quality improvement.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support of organizational goals.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- P&L Responsibility for all locations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a similar industry.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
