Key Responsibilities

Lead and Inspire

  • Take full accountability for your direct reports, owning their end-to-end experience.

  • Mentor, motivate, and develop your team, celebrating success and managing performance.

  • Act as a role model, demonstrating company values and adaptability as priorities evolve.

  • Empower teams to deliver excellence in Service, Selling, and Filling.

Deliver with Excellence

  • Ensure the store operates safely and legally at all times.

  • Support and coach Shift Leads and Sales Advisors to deliver smooth operations.

  • Oversee flawless execution of launches, events, and campaigns.

  • Drive accuracy in processes and compliance with guidelines.

Drive High Performance

  • Lead your team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Raise performance standards through coaching and development.

  • Drive sales and profitability through consistent execution.

  • Use digital tools confidently, including scheduling, reporting, and HR systems.

People Management

  • Manage the full colleague lifecycle, from hiring to performance reviews.

  • Support new starters through induction and probation.

  • Conduct Return to Work meetings and absence reviews as required.

  • Spot and develop talent to support succession planning.

  • Ensure all compliance learning and colleague check-ins are completed on time.
