We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Store Manager to lead one of our client's most high-profile stores in Dublin. A key hub for their brand with frequent HQ engagement. This role requires a dynamic leader, combining commercial excellence with strong HR and people leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, building bench strength, and creating a culture of engagement, growth, and inspiration. This is a role for someone who can revamp and energize a team, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional results while maintaining a strong focus on employee development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall operations of the store
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Create and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Retail Management and Customer Service, specifically in Jewellery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve store performance
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
