As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our client's retail store in Liffey Valley. You will ensure that the store runs smoothly and efficiently while achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

The role will focus on driving sales and KPIs, delivering exceptional customer experience whilst ensuring operational compliance. As a persuasive communicator and role model, the successful candidate will provide clear direction, develop bench strength, and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.

We are seeking a motivational leader that has a proven track record in managing large teams and driving accountability, with a growth mindset, and the ability to build trust and engagement across the team and region. You will coach, mentor, and inspire your team while serving as a trusted point of contact for other managers in the division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales associates to achieve store goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective complaint resolution.
- Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales to maximize profits.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee financial transactions.
