Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team in Banbridge. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, maximizing sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Implement strategic plans to drive store sales and increase profitability.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product merchandising to optimize sales.

- Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.

- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.

- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
