Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beauty, cosmetics, and skincare store in Dundrum. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the store's sales, inventory, staff, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Knowledge of retail management software and tools
