We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Clinic Manager to support with our high-performing aesthetics clinics in Dublin - Covering Dundrum, Carrickmines, South William Street, Blackrock, Henry Street, Tallaght, Liffey Valley, Blanchardstown and Greystones; a unique position that allows you to make a meaningful impact across multiple clinics. As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of clinic operations, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring the highest standards of service, compliance, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop the clinic team to achieve sales and service targets
Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all services
Drive clinic revenue through strong commercial focus and performance management
Deliver an exceptional client experience and maintain the highest customer service standards
Oversee staff training, performance reviews, and ongoing development
Manage scheduling, stock control, and operational compliance
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to maximise clinic performance
Ensure all treatments are delivered in line with brand standards and regulatory requirements
The Ideal Candidate
Previous management experience in aesthetics, beauty, retail, hospitality, or healthcare
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Commercially driven with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
Excellent organisational and operational management skills
Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
