What You’ll Be Doing

Lead & Inspire

• Manage and support your team, taking ownership of their full experience from onboarding to development.

• Mentor, motivate, and celebrate success while driving performance.

• Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve shared goals.

• Act on customer and colleague feedback to create a brilliant place to work and shop.

Deliver with Excellence

• Ensure the store operates safely, legally, and efficiently.

• Coach Shift Leads and Sales Advisors to deliver smooth day-to-day operations.

• Lead the delivery of launches, events, and campaigns, getting it right first time.

• Keep processes and standards on track, driving consistency across the team.

Drive High Performance

• Raise the bar through coaching and hands-on leadership.

• Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service every time.

• Drive sales and commercial results by focusing on key inputs.

• Confidently use digital tools and systems

People Focus

• Support your team across the full colleague lifecycle, from recruitment to development.

• Manage probation, holidays, scheduling, and performance check-ins.

• Identify and nurture future talent to build strong succession.

• Ensure compliance and duty of care standards are met at all times.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beauty, cosmetics, and skincare store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the store's sales, inventory, staff, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members

Requirements:
