About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail store in Mahon Point, Cork. This is one of the highest turnover stores within a well-established international retail brand and offers the opportunity to take ownership of a thriving business with a strong and engaged team.

Managing a team of 8, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and developing your team to achieve their full potential. We are seeking a high-calibre leader who can balance a results-driven environment with a supportive and people-focused management style.

This role would suit an experienced retail manager from jewellery, premium retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or a similarly customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day store operations

  • Drive sales, profitability, and KPI performance

  • Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and foster a customer-first culture

  • Analyse store performance and implement action plans to maximise opportunities

  • Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and operational standards

  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to the highest level

  • Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business

  • Support the implementation of promotional and commercial initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards


About You

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in a high-volume retail environment

  • Experience within jewellery, premium retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail is highly desirable

  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving KPIs

  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams

  • Commercially minded with excellent business acumen

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
