We are recruiting for an exciting Store Manager opportunity with a well-established premium lifestyle retailer in Westport. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious retail manager to take ownership of a successful store, drive commercial performance, and lead a motivated team in a customer-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing store team

• Delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences

• Driving sales, productivity, and profitability through effective leadership

• Managing all aspects of store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance

• Recruiting, coaching, and developing team members to reach their full potential

• Analysing KPIs and implementing action plans to maximise performance

• Ensuring the store is presented to the highest standards at all times

• Building a positive, inclusive, and engaging team culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or senior retail leader

• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering results

• Excellent people management and coaching skills

• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate others

• Passion for customer service and creating exceptional in-store experiences

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

• Experience working in fashion, lifestyle, outdoor, premium retail, or a customer-focused retail environment is highly desirable
