About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new fashion retail store in Blanchardstown.
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing international fashion retailer at an exciting stage of expansion, taking ownership of a new store launch and building a high-performing team from the ground up.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving commercial performance, developing your team, and ensuring the highest standards across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Performance
Lead the store to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets.
Monitor and drive key performance indicators including sales, conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, and payroll.
Analyse performance reports and implement action plans to maximise results.
Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve customer engagement.
Customer Experience
Create an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty.
Lead by example on the shop floor and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service.
Ensure customers receive expert product knowledge and styling advice where appropriate.
Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
Foster a positive and inclusive working environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development.
Manage scheduling, attendance, and team productivity.
Visual Merchandising
Ensure all visual merchandising standards are executed to a high level.
Drive strong product presentation and commercial layouts.
Work closely with regional teams to deliver seasonal launches and campaigns.
Operations & Compliance
Oversee all day-to-day store operations.
Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational standards.
Maintain accurate administration and reporting.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Department Manager, or equivalent leadership role within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving commercial success.
Strong people management and team development experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Passion for fashion, customer service, and delivering results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
