Are you an experienced retail leader with a passion for fashion? We're recruiting an enthusiastic and commercially driven Store Manager to lead a busy fashion store in Banbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established retailer, inspire a high-performing team, and make a real impact on store success.
As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service while driving sales, profitability, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs.
Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every opportunity.
Recruit, train, and support team members to maximise performance.
Oversee stock management, replenishment, and inventory control.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and store development activities.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping.
Build a positive and collaborative working environment for customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, hygiene, security, and company procedures.
Work flexibly, including weekdays and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
About You
Previous management experience within fashion retail is preferred.
A proven track record of driving sales and achieving commercial targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Commercially aware with strong numerical and analytical skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
Flexible to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
