Hours: 5/6 days Mon-Sat | 37.5 hours

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Dublin City. The ideal candidate will have a passion for diamonds and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing diamond jewellery
- Provide expert knowledge on diamonds and assist customers with making informed decisions
- Maintain knowledge of current diamond market trends and pricing
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store appearance
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve sales skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of luxury supervisory experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of diamond grading and certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory management
- Professional and polished appearance
