An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the day to day running of a Fashion | Home Retailer in Tralee, Kerry

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a new store from the very beginning and play a key role in its success.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, motivate and develop a team of approximately 8 colleagues.
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every opportunity.
* Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs and targets.
* Recruit, train, coach and develop your team.
* Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
* Manage stock control, cash handling and daily store operations.
* Prepare staff rotas and support payroll administration.
* Analyse trading performance and implement action plans to maximise sales.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and health & safety requirements.

About You

* Previous experience as a Store Manager, or Assistant Store Manager 
* Proven success in achieving sales and KPI targets.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Commercially aware with a hands-on approach to leadership.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Flexible to work a retail schedule, including weekends.
