An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Manager to join a fast-growing, contemporary beauty brand within Brown Thomas Dundrum.

This is an ideal role for an energetic and commercially focused retail manager who is passionate about beauty, customer experience and developing high-performing teams.

As Business Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the counter, driving sales, delivering exceptional service standards and creating an engaging environment for both customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operation of the counter, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times.
Drive sales performance and deliver against agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Analyse sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Set individual and team sales objectives and support the team in achieving them.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.
Recruit, onboard and train new team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Create a positive, collaborative and motivating team environment.
Build strong relationships with customers and deliver a highly personalised level of service.
Develop and execute in-store events, activations and promotional activity.
Maintain excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
Monitor stock and inventory levels to ensure strong product availability.
Build effective working relationships with Brown Thomas management and other key retail stakeholders.
Ensure all operational and brand standards are consistently maintained.
About You

We are looking for someone who has:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management position.
Proven experience managing, coaching and developing a team.
A strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for the beauty industry and premium/luxury retail.
Experience with stock management and visual merchandising.
The ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and retail partners.
A proactive, positive and hands-on management style.
Flexibility to work across a retail schedule, including weekends.
