Fx2 Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Dual Site Retail Manager to oversee two established retail stores specialising in Fashion and Furniture in Galway City.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, results-driven Retail Manager who enjoys leading teams, driving sales and managing multiple retail operations.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and organisational skills, strong commercial awareness and the ability to successfully manage two retail locations while motivating employees and volunteers to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of two retail stores specialising in fashion and furniture.
Drive sales performance across both locations, ensuring agreed financial targets and KPIs are achieved.
Lead, motivate, coach and develop teams of employees and volunteers across both stores.
Ensure both stores deliver excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards.
Monitor sales performance, identify commercial opportunities and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
Manage stock levels, replenishment, stock rotation and inventory procedures across both locations.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation and store appearance.
Plan and organise staffing requirements, ensuring effective team coverage and smooth daily operations.
Provide ongoing training, support and performance feedback to encourage team development.
Oversee financial administration, cash handling, reporting and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies across both locations.
Build a positive, inclusive and motivated team culture while promoting teamwork and accountability.
Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives and continuously improve store performance.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a multi-site or high-volume retail environment.
Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
Excellent leadership, motivational and people management skills.
Ability to manage and prioritise responsibilities across two retail locations.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in stock management, visual merchandising and retail operations.
A hands-on management style with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to coach, develop and inspire teams to achieve strong results.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Desirable Experience
Previous experience managing multiple retail locations.
Background in fashion, furniture, homeware or charity retail.
Experience managing or supporting volunteers.
Strong visual merchandising and brand awareness.
Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
