Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Store Manager to manage our client’s retail store in Wilton. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in store management and retail, and possess excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and ensure profitability

- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction

- Train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service

- Monitor inventory levels and make sure products are well-stocked

- Create and maintain a welcoming and attractive store environment

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

- Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Prepare and present reports on store performance to senior management

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of retail management best practices

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
