Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our sales team, driving new business growth, and executing sales strategies to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Manage and develop a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and performance management to ensure team success.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to promote business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Analyze sales performance data and provide regular reports and insights to senior management to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
