What You’ll Be Doing
Lead & Inspire
Manage and support your team, taking ownership of their full experience from onboarding to development.
Mentor, motivate, and celebrate success while driving performance.
Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve shared goals.
Act on customer and colleague feedback to create a brilliant place to work and shop.
Deliver with Excellence
Ensure the store operates safely, legally, and efficiently.
Coach Shift Leads and Sales Advisors to deliver smooth day-to-day operations.
Lead the delivery of launches, events, and campaigns, getting it right first time.
Keep processes and standards on track, driving consistency across the team.
Drive High Performance
Raise the bar through coaching and hands-on leadership.
Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service every time.
Drive sales and commercial results by focusing on key inputs.
Confidently use digital tools and systems (T&A, MyHR, Teams, PowerBI).
People Focus
Support your team across the full colleague lifecycle, from recruitment to development.
Manage probation, holidays, scheduling, and performance check-ins.
Identify and nurture future talent to build strong succession.
Ensure compliance and duty of care standards are met at all times.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in retail
Strong people leadership skills — you know how to bring a team with you.
Commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales through people.
Flexibility, adaptability, and confidence using digital tools.
A hands-on leader who leads by example.
