What You’ll Be Doing

Lead & Inspire

  • Manage and support your team, taking ownership of their full experience from onboarding to development.

  • Mentor, motivate, and celebrate success while driving performance.

  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve shared goals.

  • Act on customer and colleague feedback to create a brilliant place to work and shop.

Deliver with Excellence

  • Ensure the store operates safely, legally, and efficiently.

  • Coach Shift Leads and Sales Advisors to deliver smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Lead the delivery of launches, events, and campaigns, getting it right first time.

  • Keep processes and standards on track, driving consistency across the team.

Drive High Performance

  • Raise the bar through coaching and hands-on leadership.

  • Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service every time.

  • Drive sales and commercial results by focusing on key inputs.

  • Confidently use digital tools and systems (T&A, MyHR, Teams, PowerBI).

People Focus

  • Support your team across the full colleague lifecycle, from recruitment to development.

  • Manage probation, holidays, scheduling, and performance check-ins.

  • Identify and nurture future talent to build strong succession.

  • Ensure compliance and duty of care standards are met at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in retail

  • Strong people leadership skills — you know how to bring a team with you.

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales through people.

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and confidence using digital tools.

  • A hands-on leader who leads by example.
