Our client, a leading Luxury Retailer is looking for a skilled Department Manager to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring high levels of customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory is available
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to make informed decisions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Department Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Solid understanding of retail operations and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
