Overview
Our client, an iconic and prestigious jewellery retailer based in Dublin 2, is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales & Service Administrator. This is a key role within the business, supporting both sales and aftercare services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, computer-literate, and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, acting as a first point of contact for client queries.

  • Log all service jobs accurately into the system, ensuring records are kept up to date.

  • Manage the full track & trace process for jewellery pieces sent for repair or servicing.

  • Prepare accurate pricing for service and repair jobs.

  • Liaise with clients in a professional and timely manner, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.

  • Schedule and coordinate customer appointments.

  • Support the sales team with administrative and service-related tasks.

  • Maintain high standards of organisation and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, luxury, or customer service administration role.

  • Strong IT and computer literacy skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-focused with a polished and professional manner.
