Overview
Our client, an iconic and prestigious jewellery retailer based in Dublin 2, is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales & Service Administrator. This is a key role within the business, supporting both sales and aftercare services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, computer-literate, and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service, acting as a first point of contact for client queries.
Log all service jobs accurately into the system, ensuring records are kept up to date.
Manage the full track & trace process for jewellery pieces sent for repair or servicing.
Prepare accurate pricing for service and repair jobs.
Liaise with clients in a professional and timely manner, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
Schedule and coordinate customer appointments.
Support the sales team with administrative and service-related tasks.
Maintain high standards of organisation and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a retail, luxury, or customer service administration role.
Strong IT and computer literacy skills.
Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with a polished and professional manner.
