As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our sales team in Ireland. You will play a critical role in building and managing a high-performing sales development function that generates qualified leads and drives revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on developing strategies, implementing processes, and motivating the team to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales development strategies to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on target markets, messaging, and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Train and coach SDRs on best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Foster a positive and motivating team environment to encourage high performance and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar sales role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales development or sales management.
