We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's store in Enniskillen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing store staff, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Oversee store operations including opening, closing, and security procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness.
- Analyze sales reports and financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
