Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our client's team in Buncrana. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR department and managing recruitment processes to ensure the efficient operation of HR functions. This role would suit a person interested in HR and doing CIPD - it is in office role 5 days a week with lots of room for career progression

Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on recruitment and using Linked In I Recruiter
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing induction materials and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Provide administrative support in HR-related tasks such as preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with the coordination of training sessions and workshops.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Collaborate with team members to implement HR initiatives and projects.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR administration and recruitment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is an advantage.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certification in HR is a plus.
