Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our client's retail team in Mahon Point in Cork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and manage replenishments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve store performance and increase profitability.
- Analyze sales figures, customer data, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with regional managers and other store managers for best practice sharing.

Skills:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Familiarity with retail software and point of sale systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
