We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our client's high profile store in Blanchardstown. The ideal candidate will cultivate a forward-thinking, high-performing team while driving results through change. They must demonstrate helicopter management, a can-do attitude, and hold themselves and the team accountable for success. Strong people and performance management skills, commitment to long-term goals, and the ability to elevate the business in a challenging climate are essential. Although this is a fixed-term contract, we expect a strategic long-term mindset focused on sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the store
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Create and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Retail Management and Customer Service, specifically in Jewellery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve store performance
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
