Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Store Manager with expertise in Retail Management and Customer Service, specifically in Jewellery to lead our client's successful store in Dundrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall operations of the store
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Create and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Retail Management and Customer Service, specifically in Jewellery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve store performance
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
