Our client, a leading Irish fashion brand, is seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic brand, represent high-quality collections, and play a key role in driving sales across the Irish market.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and coordinate product ranges specifically for the Irish market.

• Manage and deliver on agreed sales targets and budgets for assigned brands.

• Identify and open new accounts, following up on leads to generate fresh business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal team members.

• Drive B2B and online direct sales.

• Respond to customer queries promptly, professionally, and efficiently.

• Visit customers nationwide with seasonal collections and participate in showroom sales.

• Contact all independent accounts weekly, maximising replenishment and sales opportunities.

• Identify local market trends and contribute to product development

• Analyse weekly Key Account performance and take action to grow sales potential.

• Attend weekly sales meetings with the Sales Manager to review performance and strategy.

Profile Requirements

• Strong creativity and a keen eye for fashion.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong understanding of KPIs and sales metrics.

• Positive, enthusiastic “can-do” attitude.

• Highly motivated and target-driven.

• Previous sales experience is essential (fashion industry preferred).
