Job Description:
The Store Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing boutique that delivers exceptional, relationship-led service to an affluent and discerning clientele. This role combines commercial acumen with refined hospitality, ensuring the store reflects the heritage, craftsmanship, and values of the brand at all times.

The Store Manager acts as a brand ambassador, inspiring and developing a specialist team while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales Excellence
• Deliver a calm, elegant, and memorable customer experience aligned with the brand's heritage and service ethos
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalised service and clienteling
• Lead by example in high-value sales, consultations, and private appointments
• Ensure storytelling around craftsmanship, provenance, and fine jewellery is embedded in every client interaction

Leadership & Team Development
• Lead, motivate, and inspire a specialist retail team through emotionally intelligent and polished management
• Create a strong team culture focused on collaboration, discretion, and service excellence
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to the highest luxury standards
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and succession planning

Commercial & Operational Management
• Drive store performance against sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals
• Analyse trading performance and implement commercial action plans
• Oversee stock management, high-value inventory control, and security procedures
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, audit standards, and brand guidelines

Brand & Visual Standards
• Maintain immaculate visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Ensure the boutique environment reflects understated luxury, elegance, and attention to detail
• Act as a custodian of the brand in all internal and external interactions

Administration & Reporting
• Manage rotas, payroll, budgets, and store administration efficiently
• Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior management

The Successful Candidate will have:
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Manager within luxury retail, fine jewellery, watches, or a comparable high-end environment
• Strong background in high-value, relationship-led sales
• Highly emotionally intelligent, polished, and discreet in approach
• A natural leader with the ability to instil a strong, service-driven team dynamic
• A background or strong affinity for hospitality, theatre, or service excellence is highly advantageous
• Commercially astute with strong organisational and operational skills
• A genuine appreciation for heritage luxury, craftsmanship, and storytelling
