Role Overview
As a Sales Consultant with this luxury brand you will deliver an exceptional, relationship-led luxury experience to a discerning clientele. You will combine refined sales expertise with deep product knowledge, discretion, and impeccable service standards, representing a heritage fine jewellery brand at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide a personalised, appointment-led service to high-net-worth clients, building long-term relationships and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through confident, consultative selling.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of fine jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
• Manage high-value transactions with absolute discretion and attention to detail.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of the showroom, displays, and personal appearance at all times.
• Support clienteling initiatives, private viewings, events, and bespoke commissions.
• Ensure accurate handling of stock, security procedures, and after-sales service.
• Work collaboratively within a close-knit team, contributing to a calm, elegant, and performance-driven environment.
