We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager in Swords, Dublin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall store performance.
Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure a high level of competence and customer focus.
Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Maintain store visual merchandising standards to attract and engage customers.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management.
