Position: Senior Sales Consultant

Location: Grafton Street, Dublin
Schedule: 5–6 days per week | No Sundays
Salary: €30,000 – €40,000 + Commission

 We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Consultant to join one of Ireland’s most prestigious jewellery brands. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a heritage defined by elegance, quality, and timeless design.

As a key brand ambassador, you will create memorable and meaningful experiences for every client, building lasting relationships and guiding them through the purchase of high-value, luxury pieces.

 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience at every touchpoint

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective clienteling

• Confidently present and sell high-value jewellery with expertise and professionalism

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets

• Uphold the brand’s image, standards, and luxury positioning at all times

About You

• Previous experience within luxury retail (jewellery, watches, or premium fashion)

• Strong ability to build rapport and trust with a discerning clientele

• Confident, polished, and professional in presentation

• Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach

• Flexible to work 5 over 6 days per week (no Sundays required)
