We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Giftware Manager in Westport

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing the team and ensuring the store operates to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day to day operations of the Giftware department
Lead, motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
Drive sales and support the achievement of store KPIs and targets.
Lead by example on the shop floor, providing an outstanding customer experience.
Assist with stock management, merchandising and visual presentation.
Ensure company policies, procedures and health & safety standards are maintained at all times.

About You
Previous experience as a Department Manager, Supervisor or Senior Sales Assistant within a retail environment.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales.
Positive, proactive and hands-on approach.
Flexible to work a retail rota, including weekends.
